Hearing accessibility options dropped with iOS 26.2 upgrade?

Since the recent upgrade to iOS 26.2, my iPhone no longer syncs with my Oticon hearing aids. Anyone else have this issue, or have insight as to how to correct this? I have tried to unpair and re-pair, to no avail. I also noticed than when the phone is ringing, there is no longer an option to answer via speaker phone. The option appears, but is grayed out. Really sucks for those of us with hearing impairment!

Thanks in advance!

I ended up having to 'forget' the devices through the iPhone Accessibility settings AND through the Oticon app itself. Re-paired with Oticon, then re-paired w/iPhone. There appears to be a bit of a lag between choosing to pair and the 'confirm' option popping up, which messed me up the first few times, but it finally worked. Still trying to figure out the speaker option when answering the iPhone....
