it's more like i have question about pro apps bundle for education. so on my current macbook air had the bundle preinstalled & if i were to upgrade to a new macbook or imac in future, would i still have them or do i need to buy it again?

If you accepted the preloaded applications into your Apple Account, they'll be available for downloading on a new Mac. Otherwise, you'd need to buy them again unless Apple grants a copy of them.
Accepting them is also required to install any updates to them on your current Mac.
