Sharing a photo album I created from my iPhone Photos app
Can I share a photo album I created to Facebook or Facebook Messenger, and have the recipient view the album the same way I view it on my photos app?

Well, this isn't a chat room, so you can't expect immediate answers. Also, this is a user-to-user forum, and the only Apple folks ever are the ones keeping the forum working; they don't reply much these days.
You can't share a normal Album, but you can create a Shared Album, create a link to that, and share the link to social media (or email).
