Hi the SSL team place 300 in the apple store and I am trying to get that money back they are telling me there is no way it can be done because of the SSL people did is but there is got to be a way to get it out.... I did not need it in there I need it in my home...

What is the SSL team? Star Sailors League? I don't know how they could put money into your account balance unless this was a refund and Apple could not find the card that was used to make a payment. I suspect there is background story that might help us better understand what is going on here.
If this was indeed a refund and Apple could not find the card that made the payment (possibly because you canceled it before the refund was made) then you will have to resolve this with Apple. This is a user to user forum so we can't do anything about this.
