Remove unpaid balance from Apple ID after failed purchases

I have pending purchases that failed.

My card was not charged.

I did not receive the items.

I do not want to complete the payment.

Please remove the unpaid balance from my Apple ID.

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and can't. Click here and ask Apple Support for assistance.

You may be told to let the charges go through and then request refunds.
