Unable to reset forgotten Apple ID password

Hi

I forgot my apple id and password I am not able to reset password are reset mode

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 26

If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. You’ve taken the right steps. Now you just need to wait those 6 days. You are now in account recovery phase 2 where https://iforgot.apple.com/ will give you the final amount of time you’ll wait. On that final day you’ll get a text/call, follow that text/call immediately. If you don’t receive the text or call, once the period specified in the original email is over, you can still go directly to apple.com/recover. Follow the instructions to regain access to your Apple Account.

I tried still i am seeing this.

You will be able to reset your password in 6 days.

When it’s time to reset your password, we will send instructions to ••••••••18. Apple Support can’t help you shorten the wait time.
