I keep receiving the error message -9820 when I try to sync my Apple Music. I have tried unchecking the sync library and restarting my computer and iPhone. Is there any way to fix this so my music syncs across all devices?

Sign out and sign back in:
Go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases.
Tap Sign Out, then sign back in.
Thanks for the advice, and I have tried signing out of all devices and signing back in, but I continue to experience the same issues. Do you have any other advice? Also, if I have over 100,000 in my library, is that the reason why it will not sync?
