Is what's shown in this image normal?

We get lots of questions like yours which almost always means you bought something from somewhere other than Apple or an authorized Apple reseller. Now you are wondering if what you bought is counterfeit? The image doesn’t look right to me. It looks like that label was pasted over another label. Apple’s Abels usually say “Designed in California” on them.

What did you buy from whom did you buy it?

If the price was too good to be true it's likely counterfeit or stolen. If you bought it from, let’s say eBay, you’re on your own.
