iPhone not receiving texts, sender sees 'Delivered

When an iPhone shows "Delivered" for an iMessage but the recipient does not receive it, it generally means the message successfully reached Apple’s servers and was accepted for delivery to the recipient's device. Are you, by any chance, sharing an Apple Accout with either your wife or daughter? Do you have a Mac or iPad that's logged into your Apple ID?
