Whenever Bluetooth is turned on, my 2020 M1 MacBook Air, every click that I do, whether on the built-in trackpad, or an external mouse, is a right click. I’ve tried Safe Mode, trying another user, factory resets, regular resets, and resetting the Bluetooth module. I’m on MacOS 15.7.3.

If the Track Pad and Mouse settings are correct, then perhaps you have a sticky Control key on your keyboard.
To check, go to the Country Icon on your menu bar and select Show Keyboard Viewer.
Then press the Control key on your keyboard to see if it is functioning correctly.
Does that external mouse use a third party software driver? If, make sure it’s up to date, or uninstall it (and before you ask: yes, third party input drivers CAN affect how the first party mice or trackpads act).
I have tried that and my control key is working just fine
Tried that and it's still happening 🫤. I have a feeling it's a hardware issue
