iPhone 13 screen locked, on voiceover, enter passcode but doesn’t accept it.

When entering passcodes, you need to double-tap in each field before entering every digit. This means that for each of the six digits in the passcode, you must first select the corresponding input field and then perform a double-tap gesture to confirm your selection before entering the digit. This process should be repeated for all six digits to complete the passcode entry.
