Email failed to send with p15-smtp.mail.me.com error
tried to send draft email but it failed with message: p15-smtp.mail.me.com: any ideas what this is please?

p15-smtp.mail.me.com is just the name of the mail server that reported the error. It doesn't mean much. What's more relevant is the actual error message it reported.
Your mail client connected to p15-smtp.mail.me.com and tried to send the message. That server said 'nope', along with a reason why (could be an authentication problem, a problem with the email address you're trying to send to, a problem with your account, or any number of other things). The full error message should give you more detail and an idea of what needs to be fixed.
