What do you mean by "rooted?" Do you mean you jailbroke the phone? If so, all bets are off. Restore it to factory state.

Another thing you could be describing (hard to tell without any punctuation) is that you have Apple demo devices. Where did you get this iPhone, iPad and computer? Are they logged into your Apple Account?

Seems that all would be pretty easy to demonstrate to somebody while visiting an Apple store.

As for Developer Mode, if you don’t want Developer Mode access for side-loading and such, turn it off. There’s a switch at Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode, available when Developer Mode is configured and enabled.

If there's no switch shown, then developer mode is not currently enabled.

I'm sorry. Unless you can post sentences with periods at the end, I'm not going to be able to help you.

Best of luck.

Looking at this thread again, and more for my own curiosity, here is the Summary:

I don’t know what an iCloud TV third-party remote might be. Nor how DNS fits into this.

But at least some of this report should be feasible to demonstrate to the folks at an Apple Store.

As is generally true, you are a far more patient person than I.

But it's an interesting idea to use the summary feature in a situation like this.
