Logic Pro Education Annual Student Plan not working

I am trying to get the logic pro Education Annual Student plan but after I put in all my personal information and school information it just says unable to verify- Your student status could not be verified at this time. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID and logging in with my colleges email but that email wouldn't sign me in so im not sure what else to do. I am in the UK and my question is does someone know how to do the subscription another way or how to fix this issue.
