Well really it's the same or older iOS version, can't be a newer version.

The point is did you back it up before your trip and either archive it to your Mac or turn off icloud backups while away and haven't turned backups back on?

As I suspect the answer is no then you cannot restore anything useful.

Try resetting Facebook ID on phone and on bank app.

What my question is: can I back it up to its Prior condition restore point from before Mexico trip ? And would be like it never happened?"

B. Delete ALL VPNs:

Have Any VPNs Installed? If so, delete them, as they can get in the way of network traffic.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: VPN & Device Management
4. Delete: EVERY VPN Shown

C. Force Restart your iPhone:
