After updating to ipados version 26, I noticed an issue in the Arabic keyboard, the letter diacritics cannot be entered correctly.

Thanks for the details! Try doing a downward swipe on that key — that works for me.

Can you give us specific examples of what is not working properly? Do you not get a popup menu of various diacritics when you hold down that key? Can you not use that to add the diacritics to a character you have typed already?
you can let them know using their feedback
you can also reach out to their official support channels if you wish

when I paste any Arabic paragraph in Journaly app, as well as in Journal app which is came with this update, it always takes the left side even though the keyboard is Arabic.
This seems like a bug Apple should fix. I suggest you post screenshots here that show how Journal is messing up copy/paste of Arabic and then include a link to this discussion in your feedback report to Apple.
Indeed, there is another issue appeared with iPadOS 26 that I didn’t mention, which is when I paste any Arabic paragraph in Journaly app, as well as in Journal app which is came with this update, it always takes the left side even though the keyboard is Arabic.
I actually don't know if I wrote this note in the right place or not. Thanks a lot
Does yours work like this?
I can’t insert this diacritics.
This is only on iPad, whereas on iPhone works properly.
