Missing keyboard for pharmacy app

I did the most recent update for my iPad. I did the most recent update for Publix pharmacy. Now I do not have a keyboard for my app. I have done everything the support screen told me, I did what AI told me, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I cannot get my screen back..please help!!
