Finding iPhone with Out Find My Turned On:
If you don't think you'll ever get this back, then remove it from your device list, and ask your Cellular providers to end the Cellular plan associated to the eSIM or SIM card inside of it. Elsewise, you'll have to look around. Note that Find My is not a feature available in all counties/regions.
