My iphone 15 pro max has been really bad with heat management ever since I got it, I now sit at 79% with only 666 cycles. If I use it heavily it genuinely gets uncomfortable to hold. Is it just my phone?

Apple recommends replacing the battery in an iPhone when its health dips to 80%. Your heat issues are being caused by a battery which is starting to fail and you need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store to have them replace the battery --> iPhone Battery Replacement - Apple Support
