"Green Screen issue in IPhone 13 Pro Mac: My iPhone 13 Pro Max is started showing Green Screen all of sudden after software update. My phone is very well maintained, out of any physical damage or moisture damage. This is very surprising to me. I visited Apple Store, to show this issue, as I understand this is known manufacturing defect and Apple should support repair even after out of warranty but Apple Store executive asked me to pay. Kindly suggest what to do in this situation. Thanks."

Green Screen After an Update:
Apple would have diagnosed it, determining it as flaw. But, a few thoughts on this...
A. Take a Screenshot:
See what happens when you take a screenshot. eMail it to yourself, an then open on another device. See if you see all this green. If so, then it is an issue with the iOS. If not, then it is a hardware issue, and you should proceed with getting this serviced, or take this as a good reason to upgrade to a newer model, and maybe consider getting AppleCare, which you could renew annually, per Apple's digression. AppleCare is not available in all countries/regions.
B. Force Restart your iPhone:
Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
C. Reset All Settings:
Nothing would be deleted; it's just that preferences you've made, such as screen brightness, would go to default.
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Tap: Reset
- Tap: Reset All Settings
D. Clear the System Data:
System Data (formerly called "Other") is all caches, which are designed so that apps open quicker and operate in a more easily fashion. Clearing them may fix bugs like this, and may result in quite a bit of space feed up from your iPhone storage, that you are unaware of existing. Use my User Tip: How to Clear "System Data" in your iPhone's Storage: - User Tip
E. Report this as a Bug to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
- Proceed from there as necessary
