Auto-renewed subscription refund rejected; manual review?

Hello,




I would like to ask for advice regarding a refund request.




My annual subscription was automatically renewed on February 12, 2026 after a trial period. I did not intend to continue with the annual plan and noticed the charge shortly after it was processed. I submitted a refund request immediately and have not used the subscription since the renewal.




However, my refund request was rejected twice.




Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there any way to request a manual review or speak directly with an Apple representative?

I have seen many people post here with similar situations. You appear to get one extra review. If you have been denied twice, or it says the decision is final, then in my opinion it is pointless contacting Apple any more.


If you still wish to try a telephone or chat method, click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
