Cannot connect my Apple Watch to O2, O2 unable or unwilling to resolve

I cannot connect my Apple Watch to O2, I keep getting a message "setting up on the O2 network and after 24 hours call 202 from the phone and quote code 08". I have contract O2 10 times in the past 4 weeks and they are not either able to fix it or not interested in resolving it. I have reset everything many times, phone and watch, nothing helps. Also ensured I'm on the mobile network and not the WiFi, I have an O2 eSIM in my iPhone. My phone is a 15 Pro and my watch is an Ultra 2. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I found the solution. The issue is when O2s backend gets stuck on provisioning the Apple Watch against the iPhone’s eSIM. To fix it I asked O2 to give me a replacement eSIM for my phone, this disassociated the process with old eSIM and then when I setup the Apple Watch using the Watch App it took me through the setup process without the 08 error.

O2 is one of the largest mobile providers and sells many Apple Watches and accessories. Have you gone through all the articles on this page:
