Screen Time doesn't include social media or other app

iPhone 13 Pro, 26.3

Screen Time isn't working correctly on my phone. It doesn't include social media or other apps, and the usage time is inaccurate. For example, it shows 15 hours of use, which is impossible.

>I've already tried resetting the settings, logging out and back into my Apple ID, and toggling "App & Website Activity" off and on. Nothing has helped so far. Could you please tell me how to fix this?
