iPhone SE torch only shows a small red light
When the torch is turned on only a small red light appears. Even using another app has the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated

In Control Centre tap and hold the torch icon til the adjuster comes up. Tap the highest setting.
If still feeble, the torch LED may be broken. Try a flash photograph.
Either way its a big expense unless you still have paid-for AppleCare+
