I've made a movie on my iPhone (iOS 18). When I try to then upload it to somewhere, it says "Downloading Videos: Some of the videos in this project are being downloaded from iCloud." However, I don't even use iCloud -- my videos are only on my phone. So why am I getting this message, which is preventing me from sharing my movie?

That's odd-- are you sure? In System Settigs>[name]>iCloud>Photos
What does yours say?
I'm confused, too. Of course, everyone with an iPhone has an iCloud account-- 5 GB for backups and stuff. What do you see at your account at iCloud.com?
Thanks for trying to help me with my issue.
I eventually realized that I have AppleCare+ so I called them. The phone call was an hour. After trying many different things, suddenly it started working properly, but even the tech support person wasn't sure what was wrong to begin with or why it started working. Computers are weird.
I have never used iCloud with Photos, but I have now checked and it has been Off as I assumed. This is why I don't understand why I'm getting such a message.
