How to download all episodes of a podcast at once?

How do i download all episodes of a podcast without clicking 1000 times? The transfer from old computer iTunes (High Sierra) to Podcasts (Sequoia) has been devastating.

1000's of podcasts moved to a hidden cache folder, still showing in Music and causing a mess there.

Old podcasts not showing up in the Podcast app, and not able to download them.

Some podcasts showing up in Music, but not playing.

Help

OK, it's worst than I though. It did NOT download all the episodes.

Just EVERY OTHER ONE.

And yet, it seems to have imported SOME of my podcasts from the existing files. But not all of them.

And others, it downloaded them twice.

BTW, I spent 30 minutes at the Genius bar, and they did not have any solution except to wipe all my podcasts, and transfer them from my old computer and start over.

help!
