Notes widget appearance changed on home screen

Notes widget issue.

Untill today i could add a notes widgetto home homes screen that would look nice and clean like these:

now new ones will only look like the one on the left

or like this.

Any idea why??

Probably you are referring to a third-party Notes App and not the iOS Notes app. If you encounter any challenges with third-party applications or devices, the best course of action is to directly contact the app developer or the manufacturer for further assistance.

The iOS Notes app doesn’t currently support widgets the way apps like Reminders, Calendar, or Weather do. On iPhone and iPad, you can add widgets to your Home Screen or Today View, but Notes only offers limited integrations:

Pinned Notes in Control Center: You can add a shortcut to quickly create or access a note, but it’s not a widget.
Lock Screen Quick Note: On iPad, you can swipe from the corner to open Quick Note, but again, that’s a gesture, not a widget.
Search & Siri Suggestions: Notes may appear in Spotlight or Siri suggestions, but not as a widget tile.
