I have iPhone 14PRO. In the past few months I have had intermittent difficulty receiving messages sent from Galaxy phones. I usually get them, but hours, sometimes 8-10, later. My husband has a 15PRO. He gets his messages from the same phones on time. We have the same carrier.

You'll need to report the issue to your phone carrier so they can fix the issue for you, also look at their help forums.
