Connecting MacBook M4 Pro to Eizo CX721 monitor

How do I connect my MacBook M4 Pro running Sequoia 15.7.3 to Eizo CX721 monitor? The Monitor has HDMI and DVI inputs (and a couple other I don't recognize)

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.7

that appears to be a 2560 by 1440 "2K" display, capable of HDR 10 bits/color at up to 63 Hz.

connectivity includes

HDMI

DisplayPort

Single-Link DVI

your MacBook Pro M4 features direct HDMI.

cables for HDMI should be at least PREMIUM or ULTRA standard, and limited to lengths under ten feet.

with adapters, you can easily create a DisplayPort signal from a Thunderbolt port

cables or adapter/cables for DisplayPort should be limited to ONE meter or less.

you could also use different adapters to create a DVI signal from the HDMI port.
