Apple Pencil not charging on iPad, issue persists

Ipad pencil not charging after drawing for a while, it still connects to the ipad but just not charging at all, the only way to fix this is to reboot the device and re-pair the pencil, but it doesn't last long, had to do this every other day basically, contected apple support, replaced a pencil and it still does this.

Last time when I updated Ios 26.2.1, I thought it was fixed, but no, today I updated the 26.3, I don't know if they fixed the problem.
