iCloud Backup Lagging:

So, how long has it been? It may take quite some time, especially if going through Cellular.

A. Delete ALL VPNs:

Are you using any VPNs here? Delete them from our computer, as they can get in the on an Apple Device, and this is a pure example of how and why.

B. Force Restart your iPhone:

By Force Restarting your iPhone, it will resume this when powered back on. Note that iCloud does not backup your iPhone in-full; it just backs up certain type of data.

C. Perform this Using WiFi:

Are you using Cellular or WiFi? Cellular can only run at certain speeds. So, I recommend performing this through WiFi. So go to: Settings > Toggle Off Cellular > Toggle On: WiFi.

D. Reset your Router:

Power off your router for 30 seconds, and then power it back on. Await for it to reconnect.
