Bug? iOS 26.3 Priority Notifications coming through whilst disabled in settings

Did iOS 26.3 introduce a new bug for priority notifications?

I get Priority Notifications for Calendar events - whilst I've disabled them.

On my iPhone 16 Pro, I have:

• Do Not Disturb enabled, with exceptions only for phone calls - and notifications from 1 person (and this person is not in these calendar events)
• Apple Intelligence enabled
• Notifications -> Prioritize Notifications (under Apple Intelligence) turned off
• Notifications -> Time Sensitive Notifications turned off (only did this today to see if it would help - it didn't)

I have had these settings for ages. My phone would never give me audible alerts. At least, not until I upgraded to 26.3 last week. Is anyone else seeing this?
