I am trying to access my Apple ID on my device, but when I attempt to reset the password at iforgot.apple.com, I receive a message saying that my Apple ID is “no longer supported.”
I also no longer have access to the email address linked to this Apple ID, so I am unable to receive password reset instructions.
The Apple ID is currently signed in on my device, and I would like guidance on how to regain access or properly log out. I am happy to provide any necessary proof of purchase or account information.
Could you please advise me on the steps to resolve this issue?
