My iPhone 16 Plus keeps lowering volume on connected headphones

So i have a pair of headphones that i connect to my headphones using a aux to usb c to connect to my iPhone 16 plus. It will usually work for an hour in the morning but then will always lower the volume automatically nonstop. Ive tried everything to stop this but the phone just does it anyway. Why is this happening? Why are iPhones sucking more and more?
