Fan Expo pass stuck in Apple Pay/Wallet

I placed a Fan Expo pass in my Apple Wallet last summer for ease of use, and even now it keeps popping up as a payment option every time I use Apple Pay. I can't seem to get rid of it, and can't find any solutions online, because they all rehash going into the Wallet app to remove things manually. But it isn't showing anywhere on the proverbial back end.

I can't remove it from the Apple Pay screen (via tapping the pass on the screen, I can get info on it, but it's just a lengthy blurb about Fan Expo), and when I go into the Settings > Apps > Wallet (& Apple Pay), all that it's showing me as modifiable are my three payment card options. The Fan Expo pass isn't even registering here as being on the phone? Or something?

Also, below the payment cards, the Hide Expired Passes is also toggled on. So even if I can't remove the pass -- and why wouldn't I be able to remove it? -- that toggle should hide the pass from sight anyway, shouldn't it?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Apple Wallet is an app. It is not a setting and not in the Settings app. Double clicking the side button activates Apple Pay, readies your default payment method and is ready to authenticate your identity via biometrics. Double clicking the Side Button does not open the Wallet app.

Wallet app is an app and you’ll find it on. Home Screen or the App Library. Its icon looks like this.

Tap to open. Locate pass and tap. Look for 3 dots in upper corner. Tap pass details. Scroll down and tap remove pass.

Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay (going in through Apps > Wallet gets to the same screen). That shows my three payment cards, and zero else.

Even the Hide Expired Passes toggle is turned on, but to no effect.

So I seemingly can't select this outdated pass to delete it that way.

When I double-push the power button to pay, that pass comes up among my payment cards. But when I select it just to try to do anything with it that way, all I get from the menu is an (i) for info about it, which is just a long-worded detail about the Fan Expo. So that doesn't show an option to delete it, either.
