App Apple tv with generic error on Samsung projector

I have a Samsumg projector and it’s like a Smartv with the apps inside. Since a week the app tv from Apple start to not work when starting a movie or a series.

I thought it was a problem at the moment and watched something else. Yesterday again the same problem so I desinstalled the app. After that was not possible to login, the error I had before now appear to be an error with the login.

The next thing I did was to make the projector start from scratch. I had to redo all the starting process again as if it was as new.

I installed the app and when trying to login I had the same error. The tv app on my computer works perfectly, so I cannot understand how this can be solved or what to do.

The error that appears is generic:

Something is wrong.

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Maybe there is a bug and there will be an update soon?
