iPhone SIM cards unable to receive calls or use USSD codes

Sim card problem

Philippines. Isabela province. Iphone 8, IOS 16 (Globe) and iphone 7 plus, IOS 15 (TNT)

They have one Apple ID. But two new different numbers. Both are receiving messages but cannot receive call or do *143#. When you call it says cannot be reached. And when you dial *143# is says error performing request. Unknown error.
