iCloud+: Can't resubscribe to 200GB, only 2TB shown

Hi, I previously subscribed to iCloud+ 200GB (RM11.90/month).

My payment method was removed and the subscription ended.

I have already added a new payment method, but when I try to resubscribe, only the 2TB plan is showing.

My storage has reverted to 5GB, and I would like to subscribe back to the 200GB plan.
