How do I recover from a hacked iPhone?

You sure could:

• Factory Reset
• Create New email account
• Create New Apple Account with that email
• Change phone number

But, none of that is necessary as I would suspect your iPhone is not hacked at all. It may be the case that you have an account that has been compromised and should start by changing the password to that compromised account. If you think your Apple Account is compromised, then review the information provided here.
