How do I view active App Store subscriptions on my laptop?
where can I find my active subscription while log in on my laptop? or is only available in my phone?

On your Mac (this information is not on the Apple article but it is what I see with Sequoia):
1. Open the App Store app.
2. At the bottom of the sidebar click the sign-in button, or your name if already signed in.
3. Click Account Settings (was View Information) at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
4. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.
