MacBook Pro (2018) upgrade download issue to Sonoma/Ventura

Currently my Mackbook pro OS version is High Sierra and I'm upgrading or installing to Sonoma or Ventura but I'm facing issue while downloading and my Mac build year 2018

A Few Important Notes on Updating:


A. Delete ALL VPNs:

Are you using any VPNs here? If, so, delete them, as it can get in the way of data transfer and synchronization speeds.


B. Use Ethernet:

How are you performing this upgrade? If an avail option to you, then use Ethernet, for a more reliable connection. This is the Adapter that Apple Sells: Belkin USB-C to 2.5Gb Ethernet Adapter - Apple


C. View Apple's System Status:

Note that Apple may have issues with the system. As of this reply, nothing is shown. Go here: https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/


D. Use a Private LAN:

If you are using public LAN (i.e. a campground or a hotel), then you might bet kicked off the LAN in an instant, and you'll need to request a new code. So, perform it while at home.
