A Few Important Notes on Updating:

A. Delete ALL VPNs:

C. View Apple's System Status:

D. Use a Private LAN:

If you are using public LAN (i.e. a campground or a hotel), then you might bet kicked off the LAN in an instant, and you'll need to request a new code. So, perform it while at home.

You can download macOS updater at System Preferences > General > Software update or Serching Ventura at Apple App Store for downloading Ventura.
