How to pay unpaid balance with a new international card?
I have unpaid balance but my old card is no longer working. I want to pay using a new card from another country. Please advise.

You will need to either purchase a Gift Card to pay your balance or use a payment method based in the region set on your device/account. Most cards can be used internationally, but what matters for App Store payments is the region where the bank of the issued card is located and that has to match the region of the device.
