iTunes on Windows 11: PC unauthorized, wrong device limit

Hi. I've recently begun using a windows 11 pc, and although the device is authorized in my Apple account iTunes is saying it is not. Additionally it's telling me I've reached my 5 device limit when I've only 3 devices authorized.

Any ideas? Thank you for your time.

Trying to find the 5 authorized devices in my account to play iTunes. All it offers me is 'de-authorize all'. I'd like to add a PC as an Authorized device to play iTunes. I'm at my limit of 5 so I'd like to de-authorize one or more. It doesn't give me the option to choose which. Only to ask if I'd like to de-authorize all.

The additional two devices are probably old machines that you no longer own. You need to use the iTunes option to De-authorise All (devices) and then Authorise what you have now.
