How do I fix recurring bugs in my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods?

I’m posting here out of frustration and also hope that someone at Apple takes a serious look at this non-exhaustive list of repeated bugs. I’ve been an iPhone user for years, but the number of bugs I’m facing lately is honestly out of this world. every new updates adds more bugs instead of fixing existing ones and no way to report nor get someone looking at them

Below is list of recurring issues, I'll try keep updating as new ones appear daily:

  • Apple Watch Express Mode is enabled with working card however 2 out of 3 times on TFL, it goes into payment mode: asking to confirm payment by double-clicking. Only way is to use express mode on iphone!.
  • Screen becomes unresponsive or completely frozen, daily!!!!
  • Apple Pay freezes, won’t let me change payment methods, nor delivery address then just crashes. Happens on Safari on OSX
  • Apple Music crashes repeatedly.
  • Safari gets stuck on the start page and becomes unusable.
  • AirPods randomly change volume even though “Adapt to Environment” is disabled.
  • Games and in-app ads freeze, leave the screen unresponsive, cannot exit nor kill application. only way out is to restart iphone to use it!!!!
  • Camera crashes while loading.
  • Camera takes 2 to 3 seconds to capture a photo instead of being instant, then crashes!
  • iPhone restarts after taking a photo.
  • Screen freezes when receiving phone calls or WhatsApp calls.
  • Keyboard does not appear, stays hidden, and I cannot exit the app.
  • Bluetooth headset still receives phone calls even after being disconnected. no way to switch to phone speaker is by disabling bluetooth!!!
  • Silent mode mutes everything, including media audio, and the only fix is restarting the phone.

And yes I have updated my phone to latest iOS, reset settings and all the usual tips but these issues are still present so you can save the automatic reply to update and everything will be fixed, IT DOES NOT!!!!

I really hope someone at Apple will read this message and try to fix these cumulating problems and addresses them properly in upcoming updates, because this experience is just getting worse and worse every day.

I think Jeff was looking for something a little more specific than a country...

If you've had these problems for years, I'm willing to bet that you're dealing with corruption that worked its way into your phone long ago and has simply transferred from device to device as you got new phones..

Make sure your data is backed up. Erase it and set it up as a new device. Preferably reinstalling iOS from your computer. Do Not restore your backup. Sign into your Apple account and re-download any critical apps. Live with it like that for a week. See if the problems go away.

If they don't, make an appointment at the Genius Bar.

The only real help you’re going to receive from multiple users is an UK Apple Retail Store. If that’s not convenient or you’ve already tried that path, I’d cut my losses and start looking at an exit strategy. The numerous issues and devices almost precluded an easy fix. I’d start off by backing up, factory resetting all devices and not restoring or syncing the devices. This would help determine if the nature of the issues is hardware or software. An Apple Retail Store is better suited to assisting with this type of troubleshooting.

Hi, this is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate in the communities here. Now that that’s out of the way, the only serious look your list will receive in these communities is from other Apple users. I’m not sure the experience you’re looking for is multiple users asking multiple questions trying to diagnose your list of issues. It may prove more frustrating than helpful.

So, what’s the best experience for you??
