My Apple ID was hacked and email address changed
I am writing to report that my Apple ID account has been compromised. My account was hacked, and the unauthorized party has changed my primary email address to their own, locking me out of my iCloud and all associated services.
I have already attempted to submit a support request, but I realized that I made a mistake in the form: in the "Purchase Date" field, I accidentally entered my Date of Birth instead of the actual date the device was purchased. I apologize for this confusion.
