Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Is there are message there? If yes, that is why you see the "Red 1" reminding you that there is an update available.

Thank you for your answer, but my problem is my Maps and my Health won’t sync on iCloud. Even Apple can’t fix it.

Did you recently reset your Passcode because you forgot your previous one. That will put a Red Exclamation point in your Settings saying that the end to end encrypted data cannot be synced from iCloud and you will see the badge on the Settings Icon.

The reason they can't be synced is because the data has been encrypted with the previous passcode and since you don't know what that is, there is no way to read that data that is currently stored in iCloud. If you tap on the red exclamation point in Settings, it will tell you that and there should be an option if you don't know the previous Passcode that will erase the currently encrypted data in iCloud so you can continue and sync your current data. Apple cannot fix that because they don't know what your previous Passcode was either and have no way to view your data. That is for your protection.

The types of data that is end to end encrypted with the Passcode are particularly sensitive data such as: Maps, Health, Password, and Payment information, but does not include other data such as your pictures so those will not be erased on your device.

Just a guess.

I am assuming that your “Red Circle with 1” issue has been resolved. You appear to have another issue with Maps and Health data not syncing. You stated that “even Apple can’t fix it”. Can you provide details about your discussion with Apple Support on this topic(s)? This will help us to learn the steps that you have already tried to resolve the issue(s). Thanks.
