Fiverr app: no Settings entry, notification issues on iPad

I recently installed an app called Fiverr, my iPad is updated to 26.3. This app does not show up in settings. It does appear on my home screen, but it does not appear anywhere in settings. I have contacted the company that produced the app and they went through all of their procedures and it was not able to remedy the situation. When I installed the app, it did not ask for permission to send not notifications on the app settings. You can select notifications on the app’s settings page, which I did, and I ran the test that they provide on their end and it said notificationswas successful..

The app bookmark does appear on my home screen and does function in terms of taking me to the site

You might try a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Otherwise, issues with a third-party App can typically only be resolved by the respective App Developer:
