How to fix Apple Intelligence stuck at 0% on macOS 26.3?

Hi,

I have recently updated to MacOS 26.3 and my Apple Intelligence went off and now stuck at 0% on support for Apple Intelligence and have lost the capability of writing tools.

Can I please get any assistance with that.

I am using the MacBook Air M1 8 GB Ram 256GB SSD

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. Updates sometimes "break" VPN, and it needs to be removed. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
