iPhone M (US LL/A) with SIM slot: Quality impact?

Why is my iphone model number starts with letter “M” and it is US Variant (ends with LL/A) but it has sim card slot. does that affect the quality of my phone?

You do not have a SIM slot. What you’re seeing is the 5G mm wave antenna. This high speed 5G is primarily only used in the US and it’s frequently mistaken for a SIM slot. iPhone 15 has 2 eSIM’s.
