Remove old iCloud from iPods without owner's password

Hi, i just bought from actions a lot of apple products and 2 ipods have the old iCloud on it. How can I remove it if i don t have password or access at the old owner?

You cannot. Without the credentials the devices cannot be unlocked. Recycle those responsibly.
